So, perusing The Hill this evening, I come across this post about a Putt Putt course that will be in the National Building Museum from July 4th through Labour Day (9/3). It’s part of a new interactive exhibit at the museum, and best of all - it’s indoors. It is a 12 hole course designed by area architects.

You can read more about it here on the museum’s site (including booking a private party).

Pictured above are a couple of the designs for the course; you can see more of them here.

It’s too bad I won’t be around Washington D.C. anytime before Labour Day, but I will go play some putt putt on Saturday (maybe).

Took a trip to Fredericksburg, TX today to see the remodel of the Nimitz Museum. If you’re ever in Fredericksburg, please stop by and learn about the war in the Pacific.

We also went by Luchenbach - a short drive over - the last 2 pics are of the General Store and the Dance Hall. Luchenbach is just a tourist trap. Not much to do there unless you’re going to a concert.
